After settling in your beautiful home away from home in the heart of Gros Islet, walking distance from the beach, you'll get to experience the beautiful island. As part of the cultural experience you'll take a boat ride to the famous Pitons, soak in the sulphur springs, and experience the Friday Night Street Party, Gros Islet is famous for.

Your guide for this Goal Setting Experience is June Gilbert Collins, a Purpose-Driven Leader, passionate about seeing others live to their full potential.
I’m June Gilbert Collins, your host of the High-Achievers Society, leadership coach, and author of the book Crushing God-Size Goals. For over 30 years, I’ve been equipping leaders, professionals, and organizations with the clarity, strategy, and structure to operate stellar programs.
Choosing the beautiful island of St. Lucia to host this retreat is deeply personal to me. My roots run strong here through my parents and grandparents whose heritage is woven into this land. I proudly call St. Lucia my second home. The warmth and friendliness of the people are unmatched, and I can’t wait to share that experience with you.
Since 2008, I’ve been helping organizations design strategic plans, and since 2020 I’ve been coaching individuals through goal setting and execution. Over the years, I’ve seen a truth that never changes: leaders and high achievers need more than inspiration — they need systems, accountability, and space to dream bigger. That’s exactly why I created this retreat. As my first of many destination retreats I want to simply bring together like-minded people who need to tap into each other's creativity juice and begin planning out their God-aligned, God-size goals in a space that allows creativity to flow.

Your 5-day, 4-night stay includes accommodations, airport pick up and drop off, daily breakfast and welcome dinner, all training sessions and materials, group excursions (boat ride, Sulfur Springs, Friday night street party, day at the beach and marketplace ), and ground transportation during the retreat.
This is an intimate retreat designed for focus and connection. Only 6 spaces are available to keep the experience high-impact.
This retreat is about focus, clarity, and completion. You’ll arrive with your vision, and leave with your big goal fully mapped out, along with every tool, strategy, and step you need to accomplish it. You’ll also have the option to continue with built-in accountability and support through our High Achievers Society community. That means you won’t just create a plan—you’ll have the encouragement and structure to see it through.
Airfare, lunches, personal shopping, dinners (except the arrival dinner) and optional activities outside of the group itinerary.
Each day blends strategic planning sessions, cultural excursions, networking opportunities, and personal downtime.
Because space is limited, all payments are non-refundable. However, if you’re unable to attend, your registration can be transferred to a future retreat or an approved participant
